Reason Recruitment Ltd is a specialist recruitment agency placing candidates in Product, Design, AI and Engineering roles. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number ZB828127.

Candidates:

• Name, contact details, location
• CV, employment history, skills and experience
• Salary expectations and notice period
• Any other information you choose to share with us

Clients:

• Name, job title, company and contact details
• Information about your hiring requirements

Website visitors:

• IP address and browser data via cookies and analytics tools

3. How we collect it

• Directly from you when you send us your CV or contact us
• From LinkedIn and other professional networks
• From referrals by other candidates or clients
• Via our website contact form

4. Who we share your data with

We may share your data with:

• Prospective employers (clients) where you have given consent or we have a legitimate interest in doing so
• Our software providers/CRM — all of whom process data in accordance with their own privacy policies
• Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

• Candidates: We retain your data for up to 2 years from last contact, or longer if we have placed you or have an ongoing relationship
• Clients: For the duration of our business relationship and up to 6 years thereafter for legal and financial record-keeping purposes
• Website visitors: Analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider's standard retention periods

You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see Section 8.
